Easy Email Template Editor for Jira

We realise the need of creating or editing an email template from time to time.

The app will minimise the time and effort, and simplify the process of creating emails used by Jira within Jira itself.

The app allows you to quickly manage Jira email templates with advanced editing with highlighting format.

Installation

Install the app via the Atlassian Marketplace or follow the standard installation process through the UPM. The app doesn't have any settings, so you can start using it right away.

Editing Email Templates

• Log in to Jira as an admin.

• Click Cog → System → Easy Email Templates (left menu, Mail section)

• To Edit:

  • Find the template you need

  • Edit its contents

  • Click Save when you’re happy with your changes
